Our interior design service manages projects from the initial brief through to completion, continuously liasing with our clients to ensure all aspects of the project are completed to a high standard and according to the remit. OUR APPROACH

A carefully written brief is the foundation to a successful interior design project and it must be a true reflection of the clients vision and aspirations. During the brief process we take the time to understand the clients requirements, interests and lifestyle also how they would like to use the property. A site visit, floor plans and photographs build a picture of the project and assist with understanding important factors such as time scales and budget. Following this in-depth briefing we will send a proposal to the client outlining the brief discussed together with our associated design fee.

THE BRIEF

Following the detailed brief we will present the concept designs, consisting of elevation drawings and floor plans displaying the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes. Along side this we will show mood board presentations containing samples of the proposed fabrics and finishes for the scheme. At this stage we welcome client feedback as this is key to delivering the desired outcome.

THE DESIGN CONCEPT

Following approval of the concept designs we advance to the design development and detail design stage where all final drawings will be presented, together with the finer details such as artwork and accessories for client approval. Accompanying this will be a fully itemised schedule of costs in line with the budget discussed.
